What is your refund policy?
All sales are final for every payment portion. In the case of an event cancellation, a new date will be selected.
When do payments need to be made?
Payments are made at two different times. Half of the full amount is made when the booking is confirmed. The other half is made seven days prior to the event booked date.
Do you offer a complementary walkthrough?
We encourage all guests to take a walkthrough of the space before committing to a date.
