Schedule

  • Up to 1 hour of event set up time the day of your event (8:00am to 9:00am)
  • Up to 8 hours of event time (9:00am – 5:00pm)
  • 30 minutes of clean up time after the conclusion of your event. No one allowed in the Museum past 5:30 p.m.
  • A holding dock area (approximately 15ft x 20ft) for items to be picked up at a later date is available for $300 per day.
  • If you need additional time for load-in/out or set up it will be $100 per hour during open hours. Please ask as this is not always available.

Catering Options

  • Daytime catering (9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) from SAC Lunch Café
  • Evening catering and bar service (5:00 – 11:00 p.m.) from Attitude on Food

Guest Services

  • Free parking for guests
  • Museum admission is waived for all your guests.
  • Unlimited access to view the aircraft and artifacts on display during your event – guests may arrive two hours prior to the start of your event to visit the Museum.
