How do I purchase a Membership?

How do I link my Membership to my online account?
You must login to the account portal with the e-mail that is associated with your membership. The little green button located on the upper-right portion of our portal will take you there.
Navigate to the “Membership” tab where you will input your member number into the text field to verify.
Input the verification code that is sent to your e-mail and your membership and online account are linked!

How do I renew my membership?
You must login to the account portal with the e-mail that is associated with your membership. The little green button located on the upper-right portion of our portal will take you there.
After you’ve linked your membership to the online portal, select your membership type on our Membership Page.

Do you offer special Membership pricing for teachers or military personnel?
At the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum, we proudly offer special membership discounts for both teachers and military servicemembers as a token of our appreciation for their invaluable service.
How can I get replacement Membership cards?
If you have a current Membership and have lost your card, replacements can be acquired on your next visit to the Museum at our Admissions desk. If your online account is linked to your active membership, you can view an electronic copy.
If I forget to bring my Membership card, can I still visit the Museum for free?
Yes. Present your photo I.D. to the Admissions Desk so that they can verify your Membership in our database.
When will I receive my Membership card?
If you purchased in-person, we will immediately print your card upon transaction completion. If you purchased your membership online, you should have received an electronic copy. We will be able to look up your membership information on your next visit and print your card at our Admissions desk.
Does the SAC Aerospace Museum have reciprocity with any other museums?
Yes. Bronze, Silver, and Gold SAC Aerospace Museum members receive discounted or free admission to more than 100 other museums through NARM. They also can opt in to receive a free Smithsonian Affiliate Membership. All other members can purchase a Smithsonian Affiliate Membership for only $25.
Is Membership tax-deductible?
The Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum is a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Patron (Bronze, Silver, & Gold) Memberships are partially tax deductible. Please consult your tax preparer for details.
Does my company match my donations to the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum?
Many companies will match the tax-deductible portion of your Membership and other donations made to the Strategic Air Command & Aerospace Museum. Please call your Human Resources department to see if your company participates in this program.
The SAC Aerospace Museum is also happy to work with any company to coordinate a membership drive for employees. We will provide a $10 discount for family or individual Memberships when your company chooses to participate in a Membership drive.
Why does the Museum request my e-mail address?
Communicating with our Members via our monthly e-Newsletter saves the Museum printing, mailing, and postage costs. Also, Members on our e-mail list are the first to find out about activities and events, Museum news and behind-the-scenes stories from our scientists, and special e-mail-only offers! If you would like to be added to our e-mail list please go to our newsletter signup page.
More importantly, having your e-mail attached to your Membership allows you to receive critical expiration reminders that helps to ensure your membership does not expire!
Does the Museum share my e-mail address?
No, the Museum will not share your e-mail address with any outside parties. It is used for official Museum business only.
How long does my Membership last?
Your Membership lasts a full 12 months from the date of purchase.
